HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you to track your order. You can also track your order from the website by following these steps:

 You can track your order via link you got from the courier partner or you can direct contact us on our mail and number

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.

You’ll receive another email once your order is shipped out.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered in 7-8 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc).

RETURN PROCESS

A product(s) can only be returned within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate the return process, You can contact us on +91 7717661385.

Our customer support Team will get back to you and may ask you for some information.

Note: As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc. In case of a return; the delivery partner additionally charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location. Therefore, we don’t refund the amount of delivery charges (Rs 90/-) once a customer returns the product.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

We offer exchange for only 1 time and you can exchange or return the product within a period of 7 days from the date of delivery and order another product of your choice.

REFUND POLICY

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

The refund will be initiated to your bank account by 7 business days from the date of your order is returned (subject to passing the quality check) and will reflect in in your bank account within 7-10 business days.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be initiated to your bank account and will reflect within 7 – 10 business days.
